Mobile enablement strategy: Exelon wanted to offer the same functionality, as well as new functionality on iOS and Android mobile devices.
Agile development strategy: Moving away from waterfall development, Exelon wanted to modernize their approach to development, so the 9-month project followed a 2-week sprint cadence.
